Seeking a reliable fish cutter to slice & dice fresh fish at Umekes Fish Market Bar & Grill. Must have at least 2 years experience, knowledge of seafood, safe food-handling practices, and be able to lift at least 70 pounds. Duties include prepping miscellaneous items, making small batches of Poke for the restaurant as needed, and tasting our Poke for quality control.
